for 6 years. If your passport has been lost,
stolen or is about to expire, you should
apply for a new passport.
Requirements:
1) A Valid Bolivian Identity Card
2) A previously expired passport
3) Two recent passport type photos
4) A fully completed passport application

Payments in the form of Cash or Money Order
for the exact amount are required. Money
orders must be made payable to "Tesoro
de Bolivia".
