The consulate duties are, but not limited to, protecting the interest of Bolivian Citizens and Bolivia, issuing travel documents to individuals interested in traveling to Bolivia and developing the ties between American business and Bolivia. We also act as a notary registrar.

Mr. Handelsman is the sole practicing attorney in his own law firm. He has practiced for more than 30 years in the fields of immigration law, criminal law and international laws.
